Daniel (Donie) Kelleher

We pass our Sincerest Sympathies to Donie's family at this time. We heard so many stories about him from Knocknagree, New York, Cork and towards the latter half of his life, in Dublin.

We pass our Sincerest Condolences to all the Kelleher family at this time. Donie was a character whom Pat and his wife the late Mary Riordan knew in both the US and Ireland. We are sad to see him go.

Deepest sympathy to Donie's family on his passing. My late mother Nancy Buttimer nee Kelleher (Knocknashinagh) and late Uncle Der (Knocknashinagh) were cousins of Donie and my Grandfather was Jeremiah Kelleher from Nohoval Daly. I remember meeting Donie a number of times along with Margie and Gerald in particular. I pass the Paps Bar in Knocknagree frequently and often think of past and present Kellehers. It is always sad when a link to our shared past has gone. I will keep Donie in my thoughts and prayers and will pray for him with I visit other Kellehers buried in Knocknagree.
