Dear Noreen it was with deep sadness I learned of the death of Dan - such a kind and caring person with a ready wit and sharp mind always put to good use in helping others. Thinking of you in these dark sad days and remembering you and Dan in my prayers.

It is with great sadness, that I've learnt of the death of Dan.
Dan was a truly great human being, who cared dearly about People, he was a great Horse Man and gave a signal service to the Irish Draught Horse Society and always to be seen at the show ring of the Draught Horse every August at the Royal Dublin Horse Show.
