I was so saddened to hear of David's passing. I was very admiring of him when he visited us here in Rosmuc, he was kind to me and I took his name for my Confirmation. A few years ago when I was in Dublin, I visited Blackrock Collage and was delighted to see his Picture with his Rugby Teammates prominently displayed in the main corridor, I glowed with Pride that he was a Relative I could Boast about. I believe that my Daughter Linda will be representing the Family at the Ceremonies commemorating his life, we will be present online and send our sympathies and best wishes to you all. Christo, Una, and Family, Rosmuc.

I am deeply saddened to learn of David's death. My deepest sympathies go out to all his family.

I have some great memories of David from the '60s when he was a very fine rugby player at 'Rock and also his contribution to the cricket team where he was probably the finest schoolboy wicket-keeper I have encountered. More recently, he was a regular at the Union golf outings where you could always expect a lively dinner table.

Rest in Peace David
