Mr Cantwell was one of the greatest French teachers I could’ve ever asked for. He was eager and passionate about the language and he always pushed his students to the best of their ability, wanting to immerse them in the language. One of the kindest individuals I've met and a great French teacher. Had incredible patience (I still wonder how he put up with our class!), and did a fantastic job of helping us all get through the Leaving Cert. An absolute gent.
