To David's Mother and sisters, we were so very saddened to hear of Dave's untimely passing, please accept our sincere sympathies. We got to know Dave very well at our daughter Caroline's house in Ballinspittle. Last Summer he was building an office for Caroline and her husband John. While they were away on holidays we stayed to mind the hens for them while Dave was busy buliding the office. He worked long hours into the night including Saturday and Sunday. We admired his workmanship and finally the absolutely beautiful finish he created on the office and the grounds around it. He did work that he saw himself needed to be done, without being asked. Caroline got lots of work done to her house under Dave's superior guidance and planning. She had him booked to put in two new bathrooms for her. He was meticulous, grounded, sound, sincere and so trustworthy. I have never known any tradesman to be so reliable and generous with his expert advice, guidance and time. He was extremely talented and an all rounder. He is indeed a huge loss to you and to his many friends and neighbours. He will be greatly and sadly missed by the many people who loved him, his work and his outstanding finish; always done and finished with great pride.
May the Angels lead you into Paradise Dave, you always gave your very best and now you deserve only the best place in Heaven.
