My deepest condolences, to Caroline , Dave’s family & friends. I did not know Dave well , but my experience was that he was a very kind gentleman. May he rest in peace. May you all find consolation in your happy memories.

RIP Dave, having only met you a hand full of times over the years through work, you were always so kind and a pleasure to work with.

In August 1988 I met Dave across an interview table. He put his feet up on the table and said "tell me about yourself". He gave me my first job and we stayed friends for 30 years. Deepest condolences to his friends and family.
