Caoimhe and all the Duane family, we were so shocked and saddened to hear about the loss of your dad. Both Dave and Caoimhe taught music and piano to my daughter. Always thoughtful and intelligent, he was a passionate teacher and will be fondly remembered by many, not least by his children, of whom he was so proud.

Deepest sympathy on the loss of Dave. I have many fond memories of Dave during my time as a student in Pres Bray. He was always a kind and generous man. Meeting him on the seafront in Bray was always a pleasure. May he rest in peace.

Very sad to hear that Dave has passed . I met him as a student in Pres where he was a great teacher and later as a very talented musician. I used to meet Dave on Bray beach where he was a regular walker and we would have a chat. It’s my great pleasure to have known Dave., a true gentleman and lovely person. RIP
