I only just heard of David’s sad passing. David was my prom date and I can still remember what a gentleman he was and so stylish with his bright red Dickey bow! I don’t think he ever appreciated how his kind and gentle personality put others at ease. It was his gift to us. To Audrey, Gemma and John I just hope that your happy memories will sustain you now.
— Anne Davey
I have just received an awful shock to read Dave had died. We met some time ago on line and kept in contact. We lunched together on occasion. I wish to express my sincere sympathy.
I sent him a message New Years Eve and was very surprised not to receive a reply - hence looking up RIP.
