My sincere sympathies to the relatives of Dr.Deirdre Drew..I got to know Deirdre as a lovely person when she was in St. Mary's . All through the years she retained her great interest in medicine and her sense of humour. Deirdre, May your gentle and kind soul rest in peace.

I am very sorry to hear of dear Dr. Deirdre’s death RIP. I have looked after her years ago in chapel view ward, she told me she went to Kerry (my county) to learn Irish in Ballinskelligs and she had meet her first boyfriend down there! We used to have a lot of fun chats about it. She used to always look out for the other three patients in that ward. I’ve loved looking at the framed photograph of her where she had trained in Trinity college as a doctor.
May her gentle soul rest her in peace.
