Dear Val, Helen and Paul, I am so sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of working with Denis in the Credit Union and he was just the nicest, funniest friend you could ever wish for. My late husband Billy Doyle told us many wonderful stories about growing up across the street from Sergeant Motherway and his family.
We also heard about Billy’s adventures in the FCA with The Motherways.
My first flat in New Ross was in ‘Errigal’ Priory St.
I still use the wedding presents which we got from The Motherways 50 years ago.
