Heartfelt sympathy to Mary, Des, Brendan and all the North family. Denis spent 2 years here in VTOS (Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme) New Ross. It was a pleasure to see him arrive each day- with a warm greeting and, more often than not, with a joke or brain teaser to torment us. We missed his gentle and good humoured presence when he completed the course. His enthusiasm for, and commitment to, adult education was inspirational. Above all, it was his love for, commitment to and pride in his family (and his sense of fun) that shone through. May he rest in peace.
