Dermot is fondly remembered by his former neighbours at Clover Court Retirement Village in Shinrone, Co. Offaly.
May Dermot Rest In Peace in his heavenly home with his wife Maureen, with whom he shared many special years in Shinrone. They are both missed from the Village.

It was always great to talk to Dermot - he brought joy and big smiles to his listeners, with his quick wit and smart sense of humour.
He was deservedly proud of his long service with the London Metropolitan Police and had lovely recollections of his and Maureen's motorcycle days. Dermot will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
