Donald Murdoch

Watching South Africa beat Scotland in the World Cup.
As well contributing so much to scouting in Cratloe don and I had many enjoyable chats about rugby over the years.
He and Terry were a great team.

Our condolences to all the family.
We remember Don and Terry for their dedication to scouting and to our community.
Our favourite rose bushes are the ones sold to us by Don and the scouts as part of a fundraiser many years ago.

Both Don and his wife Terry were leaders of the Boy Scout movement in the parish when we were children in the 1980s, they ran the class every week in the community hall, at weekends they brought us on trips to cratloe forest, Fota Island and Jamborees out in Curraghchase pitted against other scouting organisations. A decade later your son Ronnie taught me how to play guitar 🎸.

Contributed lots to the parish.
