It was with sadness that we learned of Jack’s untimely death. He was a gentleman and a very fine doctor, always empathetic and very kind to his patients. To Jack's dear family, the wonderfully huge clan...we loved Jack and always felt uplifted after our chats with him and missed him badly when he retired. His warm and caring personna floated around Living Health, like welcome sunshine. He was also an amazing teacher, when students shared in our appointments.

It must have been wonderful to have shared your lives with him. He will always be there with you, as he will be for us, when we visit his clinic. Our thoughts are with you all
