A chlann Uí Dhónaill, déanamid comhbrón ó chroí libh. Ar dheis Dé go raibh anam álainn, chineálta Mags.

Margaret was for us the most powerful expression possible of the true nature of loyalty. She was the best friend a person could have, a rock of strength and a brilliant and beautiful woman. She has taught us how to be, and how to navigate the most challenging of journeys with courage and dignity. She walked with Íde during every step of her own battle and never left her side. She was a stunningly gifted and dedicated academic, professional and teacher. She showed us how to navigate this complex world as a woman, simultaneously so strong, compassionate and right.

We have lost so much because she has left us, but we know today that her legacy will live on.

She will always be deeply proud of you all, Michael, Deirdre, Róisín, Muireann, Manus.

Le mórghrá, ó Chlann Uí Áinle xxx
