Vicky and I were PhD students together at QUB and she was funny, kind and generous. We later became colleagues at QUB. My everlasting memory is of Chara's birth and Vicky choosing a christening gift - the debates we had over that in the PhD room.
My love to all her family and friends.

Vicky was an amazing person. I admired her greatly, clear of thought, principled, thoughtful, always open to ideas. She was able to create wonder where others couldn’t find it - I loved that about her. The world is a poorer place without her.

I met Vicky in Donegal during lockdown and our paths crossed just at the right time , when we needed each other the most. She was such a genuine light and dear friend.
