Fond memories of Eddie coming into the bar on a Saturday evening, plotting himself at the counter with a pint of Guinness and a ringside seat to watch the rugby. To speak of my brother is to speak about a depth of love for his family that he cherished above all else.
It is to speak of dedication to his work and at the same time to the job of just getting on with the daily challenges of life; and latterly it is to speak of his determination and great courage in the face of insurmountable odds. Eddie was all these things and so very very much more to so many.
But to me he was and alway will be my big brother.
