Martina and Matthew, I am so, so sorry for the loss of your beloved Eddie. We will remember him as the guitar playing singer who we enjoyed so much and with whom we smoked too many cigarette - and loved them! And the man who called to the pharmacies as far away as North Cork... but most of all as the man who stole Martina’s heart almost 30 years ago and from whom he was inseparable since - with this love only topped with the arrival of Matthew whom Eddie just adored. Life chose a difficult path for him but he was so fortunate to be accompanied on that journey with such love to the end... This was a real love story... Martina, May the many happy memories help you and Matthew through the difficult journey ahead. I am so sorry I cannot make the funeral but I hope to see you soon. X
