The bed of heaven to Sam, an out and out Gentleman with a wonderful droll sense of humour. I used to love Fridays 4 to 6 in Bolgers.

Eddie was a dear friend to us and our family. He was a kind and gentle man who was able to lift the spirits of anyone he spoke to. Rest in peace Eddie.

Our deepest sympathies to Sam's family and friends many a great sat night in bolgers when we lived on the terrace in the early years of this century the clock going back In Oct was every sat night for me. He got tired of that one, look butty u and the clock will be.... and the rest is history. Well they have gone forward now unfortunately never to go back again well over to that Boston bar where everybody knows your name Sam Cheers!!! God bless Rip
