I met Edwina when my father was in St Francis Hospice. She was a lovely, warm, funny and caring person. My condolences to her family and friends on their great loss. May Edwina rest in peace.

I would like to express my deepest sadness upon hearing of the death of Edwina Mc Ginley, after her brave battle against her recent illness!! I first had the pleasure of meeting Edwina, while i was attending, the Choices Course run by the National Learning Network up at the Maynooth Business Campus, from June 2006 to June 2008!! Edwina was such a kind and a lovely person to meet!! Myself and my brother Barry had the pleasure on once again and have a chat with Edwina, on the night of the housing warming party of our apartment, on the 17th of March 2008 (St.Patricks Day). I also want to express my deepest sympathies to Edwina's parents, her brothers, her uncles, aunts and other close family members and friends!! And of course, her daughter Amelia. I was very sorry to hear of Edwina's passing,we were both in the Coombe 16 and half years ago together i had my baby first and that night she came up and sat beside me and we chatted for ages about our babies she was yet to have hers she had her beautiful girl a week later,my deepest sympathy to her daughter and parents and all her family.May her gentle soul rest in peace .
