I am so sorry to hear of Eileen's passing. She was a warm, generous woman and a wonderful actress. She gave of her time and talents to my partner, Brendan Bourke, when he was making his short 'Fishing the Sloe Black River'. Brendan passed away early last year. Eileen attended a retrospective of his work at DIT Aungier Street and spoke about her week on that shoot as a magical time in her life. Well I hope they are both sharing some more magical moments now, on that great movie set in the sky. My thoughts are with her family, she will be greatly missed.
