Enda Wyatt kindly helped me with recording some Bass lines (in 2017 / 18 )
on 4 tracks of a music album , I was working on -
that I have just managed to complete this year 2022 & finally releasing in late December ..
(I was checking the spelling of his name , to add to credits ,
and also checking out his e-mail address to send him the ' very recently completed album '
& I sadly just came across this sad news of Enda's passing ......
I will make sure Enda's contribution to this sincere collection of songs , is respectfully recorded .

I only met you for a brief time Enda Wyatt ,
but at least we had the honor of exchanging / trading skills in Music & to record them ..
I will always be grateful for that " Maestro " ..

My thoughts go out to Mary and the rest of John/Enda's family and friends. I only met him once many years ago backstage at a gig in Leeds but had several e-mail communications with him more recently whilst I was living in Hong Kong and he made the effort to personally e-mail me as a thank you for ordering his music, sending me extra material. I felt deeply privileged that he took the time to do this, taking a genuine interest in how life was for me in Hong Kong during the lockdown and the protests. Additionally, we exchanged various music recommendations. Upon my relocation to England, he sent me more material. To show this level of kindness, generosity and friendship to a total stranger speaks volumes about the man he was. Rest in peace. Love & Stuff.

I had the pleasure of sharing lively times with Enda touring with An Emotional Fish in the early 1990's. Not only was he a brilliant musician, but he was also a deep thinker with a wonderfully wry sense of humour. It was an honour to have known and worked with him. Deepest Sympathy to Mary, Daniel and Kojii and their extended family, and to his surviving bandmates Gerry and Dave. Rest easy Enda XX
