I am so saddened to hear of Eric’s passing. A true gentleman . Eric as a past captain and president played a big role in the development of the new clubhouse in Skerries Golf Club.He planted a tree near the 18th green when the new clubhouse was opened. It has grown & blossomed as has the club.

I grew up a few doors down the road from Mr Lewis. He would greet us (with his beautiful family dog, Brandy) on Sunday mornings as we walked by his house on our way to Mass at the Carmelites. It might be 40+ years ago, but his warm smile and pleasant disposition are not easily forgotten. Lovely man. Lovely family. I’m sorry for your loss.
