My dear, sweet friend. I didn’t know you had left us. Dearest Maureen, what can I say about this beautiful man who was full of love and goodness. Liam, myself and Joxer are heart broken. We will not see his like again. He has his peace now. Rest in Peace my dear friend.

Ernest was such a sincere man with so much to give. I am so sad that I will not see him again. So sorry for the family.

God bless Ernest. He was so kind to me when I moved to Kerry from Chicago. He took such good care of my cats and little dog. My prayers are with the family and i am so incredibly sorry.

He was such a friendly man and easy to chat to and his gentle kind nature was evident in the way he looked after animals. Our dog Joey loved going to Ernie and would actually sulk for a day or two on returning home.

Our dogs knew at a certain point on the road where they were going and they got so excited to see Ernie. He had a special way about him. I hope his family take some comfort from that.
