Deepest condolences to Eugene's family on his passing. I use to meet Eugene and his little dog, jingles, along the Liffey almost every morning but i have'nt seeing down there for a good while now. He always had a smile on his face and a joke and chat with everyone that passed by and was well liked by all the regular walker and everyone he came into contact with. He was a lovely fella, may he rest in peace 🙏
