Fern & all of our Irish family have always felt a part of our lives through our Grandma Veronica. This was only ever enhanced by Facebook and regular updates into our loves ones lives. I love that this brought us all closer. I particularly loved the video of Fern on the buzzer game & all the videos and photos when Gran came to stay each year. Forever grateful Fern & gran had some time together following Covid. Gran has always said no mother could be as loved and as well looked after as Fern was by her family. She sure was treated like a queen. RIP auntie Fern you were one in a million. Sweet dreams my precious xx

Fern was such a upbeat, jolly and friendly little lady. She was always a delight to meet. The celebration of her life, which you had in the Community Hall, was just so wonderfully done, and is evident to all that she was much loved and will be sadly missed by you all. May her gentle soul rest in peace in heaven.

To Chris Josephine and Trish and extenfed Lanigan familys I was very sorry to hear of Ferns passing. I Lways enjoyed Ferns visits to my shop and she made everyone feel special. 'My Precious, My Love, My Flower' was her trademark way of starting her sentence which we learned is very common in the part of England Fern hailed from. Fern settled in well in Clougjabrody heights and will be greatly missed there and in the town of Thomastown as a whole. FERN THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES.
