I'm so sorry to hear about Fiona's passing.
I am very lucky to have had the pleasure of doing Fiona's hair for the last 15+ yrs it was a joy as so was Fiona every time we meet . My condolences to all her family and friends.x

Deepest sympathies to the O’Hanlon family on your tragic loss. I was lucky enough to be part of Ms Dunlea’s first ever class in St Fintans when she was starting out on her teaching career. I will always have such fond memories of that time thanks to her warmth and kindness. I know that she has had a lasting legacy on countless pupils who passed through the school. May she rest in peace.

My sincere condolences to the O’Hanlon and Dunlea families on the terrible loss of your beloved Fiona. She was such a lovely lady. My late mother Ann used to mind Ross when he was a small child, and as a teenager I always remember Fiona as being such a kind, funny and glamorous lady. It was a shock to hear of her passing. May her gentle soul rest in peace.

To the O'Hanlon and Dunlea familes my deepest condolences. It was such a shock to hear that Fiona had died. I can only imagine how devastated you all must be feeling. She was such a lovely calm and gentle person. She taught our daughter in 1st and 2nd class in St. Fintan's and she was always so kind to all the children. I hope knowing that she was loved by so many people will bring some comfort during these very difficult days.

So sad to hear this news . Terribly sad loss for Fiona’s family , friends& St Fintans NS community . Fiona was such a warm beautiful friendly person . I got to know her from living close by on seafront remembering her always on her bike (cycling to her school) past our house at the same time as I was also heading out in the car (to my school ). I will never forget how welcoming and friendly Fiona was when I joined the staff of St.Fintans 12 years ago.She was a shining light on our staff and always had a kind word for everyone.

I just heard the sad news yesterday when i had a chance meeting with Shane.
My sincerest sympathy to the O’Hanlon and Dunlea families. I met Fiona frequently when bringing communion to her Dad. She was one of the nicest , gentlest people I ever met, kind and considerate and she loved all of you, her family, SO much. You will all miss her kind and gentle presence deeply but she would have wanted you all as time goes on , not just to remember , but to be happy, not sad , and to know that she is now in some way that we can’t understand happy in company with her mother and father who she loved so dearly.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.

I joined St. Fintans in September 2022 and Fiona was so warm and welcoming, and I became one of her Friday Yogis straight away. The thoughtfulness, warmth and care Fiona showed me and everyone around her will never be forgotten. Her yoga classes really were something so special and I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity of taking part and getting to know Fiona. You are all in my thoughts and I am sending you all so much love and strength during this incredibly hard time. You all gave her such a beautiful send off on Saturday, and she would be so proud. Tony, Ross, Beth and Neil. I was so upset to hear the unbelievably sad news about your beautiful wife & Mam. Fiona was such a special person. I feel very lucky to be able to call her a friend. I will miss our walks/talks and all the laughs we shared. She always gave the best advice too. I have so many lovely memories of her that I will cherish forever.
