Sincere condolences to Fionnuala’s family and friends . Fionnuala and I became friends when I joined the Dara Bookclub in Dalkey. She loved her garden, her standard white roses and her box hedge were always perfect. We had great conversations on books and flowers and the radio.
She was a lovely lady whom I will miss so much .

I wish to express my sincere sympathy on the death of Fionnnuala to her family. She was a very kind person when I joined the book club first in Dalkey always there when i needed a bit of help.May she rest in peace.
We are saddened to hear of Fionnuala's passing. Fionnuala was a wonderful colleague and made many treasured friends during her working life in TCD. RIP Fionnuala.

Dearest Nuala thank you for all the memories over the years you never forgot our birthday Christmas or special occasions.. many evenings spent in our house with lots of cups of tea and you never ever forgot any of dads anniversary or Nick and Claire’s.. when my Nicholas was born yet again you included him and enjoyed seeing him grow.. you will always be in our hearts and prayers and will be missed x may you rest in peace and tell all the Finn’s how great Nicholas is doing.. Dora sincere sympathy on fionnuals death.i hesrd this am from a fiend who saw the notice on rip.i was shocked as i did not know she was so ill.wechave been friends since our school days in balbriggan.sr.marie keegan and sudrey brady nee phelan also.we had some nice holidaysxand social events.sadley both mentioned have severe dementia.audrey is in where nuala was in donnybrook & the.family are hopint 2 get her into our ladys manor dalkey.i hope 2 visit her there.i also read today where madeline cumiskey died last week in st.vincents hospital 9f cancer.i will miss fioonualas friendship.her xmas and b.day cards.i wont be able to attend funeral on wednesday unfortunately.may nuala rest in peace

My sincere condolences to Dora, Joy and Tony. I recall Nuala’s visits with Joy and Tony to her aunts Pat & Cathy Corcoran in Knocknagin many years ago. My, how time has flown and with Nuala’s sad passing an era has ended. May she Rest In Peace.
Nuala was a kind and caring lady and will be greatly missed by her long time and good friend Claire Waddell and the entire Waddell family who will cherish the fond memories of happy times spent together. May she rest in peace.
