I met Florence at Ballymaloe Cookery School last summer. We spent our lunch breaks together. I was planning to visit her, this summer.
So very sad to hear of her passing. I will not forget her. My condolences to her entire family. Rest In Peace, Florence. JP.

She was great company and fun, Liam always called her "Sweetheart" which she loved even though she knew it was because he could not remember her name but it was their little joke.
