I met Father Jack for the first time in 2007. I asked him to pray with me as we were hoping to start a family. Ten months later our eldest son Jack Joseph was born. I experienced Father Jack as a humble and inspiring man, passionate about his faith and so keen to pass it on. He spoke movingly about his missionary work and he was so happy to have family to visit and care for him. My condolences to Fr. Jack's relatives, friends and Augustinian family. May Fr. Jack rest in peace. Amen
