Deepest sympathies to the extended Dolan family on the loss of our dear friend Fr.Leo. From an early age i remember Leo's visits to our house, his wit, his stories and always a blessing before he left. He was a wonderful friend to my late Uncle Seán in Brazil for so many years. In 2017 we were honoured to have Leo concelebrate our wedding, memories from which we will always cherish. In 2018 we named one of our twin boys after him, so we will always have a Leo in the house. A gentleman, a true missionary and a most humble priest. We will miss him greatly. May God bless his gentle soul.

My prayers for the family of Fr Leo Dolan who will miss him, though I expect he is smiling down on them and all his friends from Heaven. Leo was for some years in the 1970s chaplain to Group 38, HCPT on the annual pilgrimage to Lourdes. I remember hiim as a man of great faith and charism with a wicked sense of humour. Requiescat in pace.
