Sincere condolences to Fr Michael's family and friends on his sad passing, I served mass for him in the early sixties, he worked very hard here and raised a lot money for repairs to the church in very difficult times. He left Tibohine in 1966 and went to Ballinafad.may he rest in peace.

Lord have mercy on Fr.Michael. R.I.P.

I remember him and his dog walking regularly around the back rocks at Mullaghmore at any hour of the day or night.

I also recall my late father telling me a story about the time when Fr.Michael was transporting a hive of bees on the public bus when they decided to escape! I'm sure that he is now surrounded by angels 'flying' around him in his heavenly home.

I remember especially the help you gave me when studying for my Inter Cert History in 1984 and the Cadburys chocolates you gave me. Without you I wouldn't have got an honour in History that year.

Thank you too for your kindness in visiting me in hospital in 1988.
