To Bernie, Jean, Michael and Donal and the wider family - my deepest sympathies to you on the loss of Frank, whom the community probably felt a sense of ownership of as well as his grieving family. The Butterfield District owes Frank such a debt of thanks for all the voluntary public service time he devoted to the betterment of his community. I have very fond memories of Frank - he was always the epitome of courtesy and generosity in his dealings with me as a public representative - not to mention mischievous with a twinkle in his eye. I hope that your many fond memories of him, will help to ease the pain of his loss for you all.
