Dear Marianne, Erika, Karl, and Brian,

I write to express my heartfelt condolences to you. I am so very sorry for your sudden loss.

Uncle Frank was one of the good guys in this world and passed way too soon. I have great memories of Frank throughout my childhood and beyond. We would visit from Kilkenny and, at that time, Frank lived with his Mum and Dad. So we had great access to a great and kind uncle. I remember Frank would take my brother and I on Saturday mornings to Wanderers RFC where he played fiercely in the pack and really introduced us to the game of rugby, a game we love to this day. Then he'd bring us into the club house where Frank would treat us to drinks and snacks and a game of pool.

Distance hasn't been our friend for more than 30 years but we had the good fortune of seeing Frank many times over the years during visits to Ireland. There was always an easiness in being in his company. That's what I remember most about Frank. He was a class act, through and through.

May he Rest in Peace.
