What a beautiful eulogy..
But the mass & service was just something else..
We watched it with both happy & very sad tears..
As mother daughter.. we could totally relate..
Girl's it must have been hard, when all of a sudden, yer life's have been thrown upside down.
Life can be so tough...
But you both can carry on the love & compassion, & zest for life ,as your amazing Mum had.
What a legacy to carry on.

Dear Oonagh and Robyn,

My sincerest condolences on the passing of your mother.

I have just listened to your beautiful and touching tribute to your Mum at her funeral. I never met Gail but I felt as if I knew her. She has raised two amazing and strong women, and while her death is devastating, her life certainly was not in vain. I pray that God will ease you all through these difficult moments, hours, days, weeks, months and years until you are all reunited again. I was particularly moved by the poem you read at the end of your eulogy. It was so poignant knowing that the words reflected your mum's thoughts as recently as last month. What an important lesson to us all not to take life for granted because we have no knowledge of the day or the hour of our own passing.

My condolences also to Brian, Gail's parents, brother, grand-daughter, relatives, friends and colleagues.

Keeping you all in my prayers...
— A friend of a friend
Those we love, don't go away
They walk beside us everyday
Unseen, unheard, but always near
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
May your dear mother, granmother sister, daughter and partner rest in peace.
Rip Gail
