To Peter & Gareth’s family, heartfelt condolences to all of you at this very sad time. Gareth is such a loss, a lovely man, a good friend & a wonderful journalist. He took on the mantle of News Editor at East Coast and did an amazing job, capturing the mood, the scandals & the joys of the people of Wicklow. His sense of cynicism set him apart in getting to the truth & he must have trained half the national journalists in Ireland with great generosity & humour. Gareth will be much missed on so many levels.
