hysterical memories, of our time at London Irish, along with Macca [Kieran McCarthy], George Hook, Paddy Forsyth, Jim Behan and a host of other characters. I imagine there would be enough content for ten books!

Sincere sympathy to Gary's wife and family at this awful time. We have lovely memories of meeting Gary in Sacramento California in 2011 at the World Masters where Gary won a silver medal in the hammer. We had a free day during the competition and spent the day touring with Gary. We had such fun and laughs and he was so kind to our daughter Clodagh who was 11 at the time. He gave her a pair of sunglasses which she still has!! We never did meet again unfortunately but did chat a few times on the phone and often recall the great time we had in Sacrament made extra special by having met Gary .You are in our thought and prayers at this very sad difficult time. May his lovely generous soul rest in peace.
