So sorry to hear or the passing of George my Sincere condolences to Ann and Family,George was a great man dedicated to Theatre in Tallaght, I had the pleasure of working with him in Tallaght Theatre in it’s early days and learned a lot from him. Rest in Peace George

George was a true gent and idilised all of his family and a great neighbour
Tallaght is losing a man that when he moved into tallaght in 1972 his aim was to have a therate group which he founded with help of father ben brendan lynch maeve and more he directed and produced many a play to full houses in the little therate in bancroft until mrs lynch cuckoos nest gave land to build therate with members they got therate built george brendan cass all painting carpentary etc to keep cost down i could go on but may i say a HUGH LOSS TO ARTS AND CULTURE IN TALLAGHT GEORGE WILL BE. so may GEORGE rest in peace sadly a loss of a genuine friend god bless george

Sorry to hear the news about George. I know how sad you all must be. It was always a pleasure to bump into George and have an enjoyable chat. When the boys were on football teams George was generous with his time and gave them much needed lifts to away games. My sympathy to you all at this difficult time. Liam Murphy.
