Well Geraldine as we’d say every night when I’d drop you home , that’s another journey over , see you the next time round , R.I.P. Geraldine. Ard Dheis Dé Go Raibh a hanam Dilís.

I was lucky to have Geraldine as my Aunty. I will miss her deeply especially when I visit Ireland from Australia. I will miss her kind and warm nature that welcomed me every time I came back to Ireland and made me feel at home.

Rest in perfect peace Geraldine

Geraldine was a close presence in my life despite being in Ireland. As a child growing up in Australia I always remember the birthday and Christmas cards sent over. She has always been a great support to me and my sister Niamh, and my father (her brother) Dermot and my mother (Maria). And as I got older that support grew. I'm so grateful for the time we shared on all of the holidays to Ireland and seeing Geraldine. And the most recent was the wedding of my cousin David. She was so proud and so happy to have all of her family together. We still speak about the fantastic weekend that wedding was and the memories we were all able to keep and cherish from it. Geraldine will be greatly missed.
