Sincere condolences to the McCaffrey family on Gerard's passing. Gerard was a client and neighbour who left a marked impression on our lives and on our childrens' lives. A toy teaset that he gave our elder daughter is still being played with by her daughter 35 years later.

He was a very kind and gentle man and I especially remember him coming to visit myself and the children with bars of chocolate on many occasions in the early 1990's.
