Roisin, Deirdre, Oona, and the Kennedy family. My sincerest sympathy at the loss of your wonderful sister, mother, wife,and grandmother. Grainne touched so many peoples lives as she was truly special, funny, thoughtful, talented and all that's good in humanity. She will be with you all in spirit guiding you through the dark days and no doubt helping you see the sunny side of life again. It was an honour to know her.

I have fond memories of many fun, but competitive, tennis encounters with Grainne! However, it was through her small acts of kindness that I experienced Grainne’s natural warmth & humanity.
I look forward to the promised time when God will ‘wipe out every tear’ from our eyes and ‘death will be no more’ (Revelation 21). Until then, may Grainne sleep in peace.
