So saddened to hear Helen has passed. Very happy memories going back very many years. I left Ireland 52 years ago but still connected over the years. Condolences Ray to you and your family. Enjoyed when you visited us in Toronto and in Florida. Will keep Helen in my memory as I last saw her and a great person. A true loss to all.

Ray,

Very sorry to hear of Helen's passing and my sympathy on your great loss.

Helen's warmth, integrity and ladylike qualities never wavered: and neither did the admiration and affection, both individial and collective, that her former work colleagues had for her.

May she Rest in Peace.

Our deepest sympathies to you Ray and your family. I discovered this poem at my Mom's passing and I believe it speaks for Helen as well.
God Saw You Getting Tired
God saw you getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put His arms around you
And whispered "Come to me."

With tearful eyes we watched you
As you slowly slipped away
And though we loved you dearly
We couldn't make you stay.

Your golden heart stopped beating
Your tired hands put to rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
