Dear Tom, I’m very sorry for your loss. I know how much your Mum meant to you and your family. Both Nathalie and I would like to convey our most sincere condolences to you, your dad, your sister and the extended Durcan family. Although I only met Helen on a few occasions, I have very fond memories of her warm hospitality during my trip to Dublin. From these few encounters, it was also clear that she was the pillar of the family. Impossible to fill her shoes. She will be sorely missed.

I'm so sorry to hear of the news of Helen's untimely death. She was an amazing woman and absolutely doted on her grandchildren, always chatting about them! She was so friendly and kind. We used to be neighbours and herself and Jim would mind our dog Baloo a lot . They love him and he loves them right back. The family are in my thoughts and prayers. Xx
