Hugh was a gentleman, both Mary and Adam loved being coached by Hugh, they always felt they could take on the world after his lessons .we will miss him .

Speaking personally, as a long term member, I loved going down to Donabate GC over the years and being welcomed enthusiastically by Hugh each and every day. Hugh made Donabate Golf Club the welcoming place it was during all his years there as Club Pro. His golfing achievements speak for themselves.
He was a huge credit to his profession and will be fondly remembered.
