I never knew Jackies surname. Nor did he know me. In fact I knew little or nothing about him. We greeted one-another daily in the vicinity of the Friary. When I met him elsewhere he seemed to always carry a bag of shopping. Always with a smile & a pleasant greeting....such a gentle person. He just oozed goodness.
May he rest in peace.
