So sad to loose such a good friend, always a gentleman with a kind smile.
When a group of young lads started the West Coast Surf in Lahinch in 1969/70 Carmel and Donal were so welcoming to us and looked after us as friends. Pints and toasted sandwiches kept us going in front of a warm fire. Kenny's pub was our club house.
His kind nature and pride in his family were always evident. Carmel, we offer you and your family our sincere condolence.
