I met Jemma a number of times in Cork -a truly inspiring person, full of passion and ideas. I'm saddened and shocked to hear of her passing. An amazing woman who will be sorely missed. I hope her vital work will be continued.

She was well known and admired by the tech community in Cork. She impressed so many of us. On behalf of the members in Nexus Cork I would like to offer our condolences to Jemma's family and friends.

RIP Jemma.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jemma at a business event last May. She struck us both as a woman not to be ignored - a phenomenal lady. As a person, we can only comment on that brief meeting. She was quite shy and gentle. As a business woman, she blew our minds. Her business idea and execution of it is simply nothing short of inter stellar. She is a great loss to the world. Our thoughts and sympathies are with her family, friends and colleagues. We sincerely hope that her work will live on.

I was shocked to hear the news. We met briefly at SVOD in San Francisco and had an really interesting discussion about the pioneering work and spirit in 3D printing. Rest in peace.

The world lost a gem of a person.
We met recently in serendipity, as Jemma called it so nicely and spend a short time together.
In that little time we had fun, we shared our passions, our ideals and goals.
Jemma showed that if you really want something you can make a plan to get there.
Jemma’s use of language was inspiring.
It is not about finding ways, with Jemma it was about making a plan to get there with her eyes light up.
Jemma was an extra ordinary great person, full of plans to create new ways and true creations with value for other people.
Her twinkeling eyes will never leave the people who met her.
Let heaven forward all good prayers to her family, friends and colleagues.
In good memories.

I've been reading back through all our memories the last few days. You were so funny and supportive, understanding and warm. You battled everything with humour. And you were so full of ideas! You had so much passion. And your little giggle. Big hugs Jemma. And lots of chocolate. Missing you so much. Love you x

I will truely miss Jemma's insightful conversations. She was an inspiration to those women in her field. As a fellow engineer from the colonies, I was in awe of her talents.

It has been twenty years since I first met Jemma and I have always admired her. She was brave in what she did, applied her genius with a determination few others could match. This is a huge loss to many people. My sincere sympathies to you all.
