I’m totally stunned. Where as I haven’t seen Jim for many years now - I remember him with great fondness and recall our great friendship and memories in C.U.S.

I remember Jim with fondness from my days with Leinster Cricket Club. Our parents were good friends. My sympathies to Pat, Frank and Mary. Jim kindly invited me many years later to a LCC reunion dinner and we had a wonderful night. I recently met a mutual friend Andrew Clarkin and Jim’s name came up in conversation. Andrew was to arrange a surprise fourball but sadly it was not to be. May Jim now rest in peace and be reunited with his beloved son Andrew.

Such a Gentleman and will always see him as Mr Leinster CC. He took over that mantle for me after Big Jack's passing and his passion for the Club was always evident anytime I had the pleasure of his company.

At a Family Dinner the Parents recounted their best Jim stories. It felt like the best way to honour his fantastic life.
