I want to pass on the condolences on the sad passing of Joe on behalf of Michael and Margaret Monaghan, Longford. They met in the early days of the ESB and were very good friends all through the rural electrification scheme . They remained in contact for over 70 years via Christmas cards and the occasional visit to Longford with Peggy. End of an era x
