I have great memories of Joe both on and off the golf course in Newlands Golf Club. A handy 7 Handicapper in his hay day, deadly around the greens. A real gent and always there to give you a little encouragement if a match was going the wrong way. I will miss the famous tee shirt and tie combinations and those long chats about all things German.
Rest in peace my friend. Tony B
